The basis of the postcard from a white cardboard paper 10×15 cm.
Cut the background and small elements from the designer paper.
Dim the edges of small decorative elements with an ink pad.
And put a stamp with a butterfly on one of them.
Lay out all the parts beforehand, to adjust the elements and see how it will look like.
Glue the background of the postcard to the basis.
Glue the decorative elements.
Make a flower.
Glue a light blue and a navy blue strips for quilling together.
I got a strip 34 cm long. We need 15 strips for three flowers.
Using Slotted tool we make rolls and unroll using a Circle size ruler.
A ruler allows to make rolls of equal size. In our case the diameter of the roll should be 17 mm.
Glue the ends of the strips preserving the size of the rolls.
Shape the rolls in the form of marquise.
Before gluing of the flowers lay out the petals on the postcard.
After this glue them.
Decorate the flowers with half beads, use a general transparent glue for that.
Finally glue the twigs from the green strip.
Curl the end of the strip slightly.
